David C. Nyman, 64, of Troy, died Wednesday, May 9, 2007, in his home after a battle with cancer.
He met his future wife at Bob Jones University. He married Arlene J. Owens in 1963 and enjoyed 43 years
of married life.
Mr. Nyman recently retired after more than 40 years of employment as a mold maker in the tool and die industry.
Relatives said he sacrificed many long and hard hours for his family
Mr. Nyman is survived by his wife, Arlene "R." Nyman; daughters, Tammy Davis,
Tracey (Mark) Detrick and Marcia (Todd) Bossenberger; mother, Alli Nyman; siblings,
Gilbert Nyman and Sally Rose; grandchildren, Emily and William Detrick, Tyler and Kayna Davis, and Emma,
Ellie, and Evan Bossenberger; and nephew, Derek Rose.
